My biggest thing was that when our old system died, they came round straight away and hooked up a loaner hot water system - to allow us enough time to save up to get a solar system. They replaced our old solar water heater with a new system quickly and professionally. They were well equipped (including a crane), did a really good job, and had everything finished and running by after lunchtime. Old system removed and the site left clean and tidy. Excellent work.

Please find alternate Plumbers and Electricians so they are more available to service me. Hmm that sounds a bit selfish.I used them extensively on a house rebuild, they worked around me, they conducted themselves professionally while remaining friendly.Quality of work is excellent, and their adaptability is commendable.Big thanks to Angus & Steve and Todd.
