The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their food. We were looking to stay in our macros for our health goal and its nice low sugar plenty of protein option and fun indulgence. The blueberry protein donuts are fire and the strawberry cheesecake protein shake is recommended. They are also very cool about first time visitors. If youre looking for a good desert treat and and staying with your health goals, then get them a shot. Dont try to compare them to standard bakerys because youre probably used to high sugar tasting items. But if youre not ...this a great option!

Easy to talk to. Very informative for all the individuals that are calorie conscious. All the food and drink has the macros printed directly on the packaging. Besides that, the two lovely ladies I talked to were able to answer any of all my questions. Sadly no military discounts, but besides that the pricing I say for what I'm getting is very much worth it. So great value for your money as well as a great convenience

I’m so happy I found this place!! I’ve been twice now and felt comfortable enough with leaving a review. I’ve tried two different smoothies, muffins and protein donuts. Everything is delicious and so satisfying. The wonderful ladies are so friendly and attentive, and always remember if you’ve been there. They always know the macros for everything! I will for sure be coming back over and over again 🍩
