Another company we went through was not able to serve us for nearly a week after their inspection. I called Mosquito and Pest Authority at nearly midnight, desperate for help. They calmed my fears and connected us to service before 7am. Carrie reached out to me before getting to the office and coordinated an emergency inspection. Tyler, our inspector, messaged us immediately to set up a time. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and far more thorough than our first inspection, letting us know we made the right choice switching companies. Tyler also stayed until all of our questions were answered and we felt assured by the process. Both were beyond patient and understanding about the anxiety provoking situation. They set up the extermination for the very next day, and were communicating with us every step. Mosquito and Pest Authority made a terrible situation for our family so much easier and we are forever grateful!! I call or text the office number to let them know; Carrie usually answers the office phone and sends a tech out quickly to retreat my property without hesitation.I also do the flea and tick treatments during the summer months to help protect my pups. Our dogs like to lay out in the sun and one likes to roll around in the grass, and we have had zero issues with fleas and ticks.The mosquito/flea/tick treatments work and the customer service is always 5 stars.
