As someone who was never a fan of gyms, I was really surprised and impressed with Evolutis. Coaches are great, it’s well set up (no overcrowding) and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Big plus for me is that it focuses on health and fitness, no mirrors or phones which immediately puts you at ease. I can’t recommend it enough.

Over 40 and want to get fit? Look no further than Evolutis Coolock. Exercise in small groups with constant encouragement from friendly professional trainers. Receive a warm welcome each visit from other members. I was stuck behind a screen or in front of a class. I'm so glad I followed my sisters recommendation. Evolutis. Delighted to join a gym for over 40s! Particularly for those like me who are well over 40. Look no further than Evolutis in Coolock. What I love about my experience is that there is always a trainer ready to show me alternative exercises when my knees are playing up. Nothing is too much bother and the members make me feel really welcome. At last I'm getting regular exercise as my day job is behind a screen or in front of a class. Great Gym, staff are brilliant and everyone is very welcoming to new starters. Every session is well planned and everything is explained so you can concentrate on your reps and form. Highly recommend this Gym and the 6 week kickstart program

I started in Evolutis last year. I was away for a couple of months and returned to training here. The main reason why i came back is, the trainers are amazing. They really care for and want everyone to reach their full potential. They are so knowledgable and experienced. They know when to push you or if you might need an excercise tweaked. I love the fact that it has a community spirit and very welcoming to everyone. I would highly recommend Evolutis Julie
