Great Gym, staff are brilliant and everyone is very welcoming to new starters. Every session is well planned and everything is explained so you can concentrate on your reps and form. Highly recommend this Gym and the 6 week kickstart program

Done the induction and had my first training session with the team I love what they do i feel very motivated by them real easy to talk to and great training plan that really suits everybody

I've tried other gyms and didn't stick with them for long, but Evolutis just works. The group PT sessions are really well structured and progressive. The trainers are top-notch and always happy to adapt sessions to individual needs while keeping you part of the session. Everyone’s friendly and welcoming, the banter’s good, it’s never overcrowded, and no posers! Great training and a genuinely good community like atmosphere.

A friend recommended I join Evolutis gym. I was looking for gym that would help and support me on my journey to finally get myself fit and healthy 😊. It’s a great gym where you can train in a really interactive and fun way. Working out in a group with a coach is super motivating, and the feedback is always helpful. The coaches are amazing at what they do and genuinely supportive.I absolutely love the mix of cardio and strength training, and I feel better and stronger with every session. It’s a great place for anyone who wants to give training a try.All the coaches are fantastic! Coach Phil is brilliant at breaking things down, Coach Marta gives great feedback with lots of demos, and Coach Casper is great at keeping people engaged.Coach Dylan is absolutely fantastic at demonstrating exercises step by step, making them easy to follow and understand. He’s also very observant and always gives helpful corrective feedback to support us.Huge shout-out to the whole team, and thank you for all the support during the sessions! ❤️❤️ I look forward to the next session! ❤️❤️

I have recently started Evolutis gym and its the best thing I have done.It was highly recommended.The coaches are great. The people are lovely and I am feeling fitter and stronger day by day.I can't recommend this gym enough
