Honestly it started out great. They are good about making you feel apart of “something” until it’s okay for them to break their rules. So I had been going since February started with some 30 or 45 day challenge. That was over so I signed up for the next one with was 100 days. I lost about 18 lbs and then Summer hits kids out of school, dealing with some other depressing things and I decided I need a break so I go in to ask to quit and Hannah doesn’t hesitate to slap a contract that I signed in my face telling me I have to give a 60 day notice. No. “Oh no what’s going on? Oh no why do you want to quit?” Nope she was a complete SNOB about it. The other thing was at the beginning Tommy was very clear about if you’re late you will be asked to leave don’t even bother coming in. Which if you sign up through their app and don’t show they make you pay $10 and you have to cancel at least an hour before. So I had been there maybe a month and 2 different times someone had came in late and he allowed them to join. But the 1 day I wasn’t even late but he had started the class early I was asked to leave by Hannah before I even made into the door she came running out saying tommy said I couldn’t come in. So I was ticked because I got stuck in construction which I live 30 mins away so I made sure to call Hannah to tell her I was not going to pay the $10 fee. Tommy calls me later and tells me he only sent me away because there was a person in that class that was late and he sent them away earlier that day. Well I guess it’s okay for them to break their own rules and show favoritism. I was okay with a 30 day notice but 60 days is just their way of being greedy and making you pay for something you have no intent on using. People’s lives can change at the drop of a hat and paying 29 dollars a week for 60 days well shame on them that’s taking advantage of having someone sign a contract that no one remembers what they signed over 100 days ago. I honestly thought you had to be committed during the 100 days that would explain why the 60 days would be needed but after the 100 days is over they shouldn’t be able to lock you in for a additional 60 days. Don’t get suckered in cause at the end of the day they are just wanting your money. As with any gym membership it should only be a 30 day notice!
