It's taken me a little time to write this review because I wanted to have a track record with Evo's service. It's been nothing short of a great experience. Astrid in customer service, Malek as an on-site tech, have been outstanding and there pricing is inline with the service they provide. I highly recommend Evo Pest Control!

Well, make sure you understand what you are getting into before you agree to a contract with this company. I had a rodent problem. The young man they sent didn't want to enter the premises initially. I showed him the nest under the fridge in my basement. He put out a bait trap, a couple of more around the outside and the sprayed something around the perimeter of the house for bugs. This never works in Kansas. We have the worst problem with spiders this side of Australia. Anyway, It was a $250 initial fee plus $50 a month for someone to come out every three months and walk around the house and spray again. If you cancel, it's a $250 fee. I canceled! What a racket! Lesson learned, none of these companies are worth a hoot!

I have been attempting to initiate a cancellation since December. Initially, I engaged with a local company that subsequently merged with Evo. I remitted payment for a full year in advance, and services were rendered for that period. However, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided. Currently, I am being billed an additional $1160 for a subsequent year. My attempts to resolve this issue have only resulted in automated responses.

When it was R&C it was great. Then it got bought by EVO and they raised prices and the service was terrible. They tried to make it impossible to cancel our monthly. This is for Little Rock. Apparently these reviews are for all the locations. Would 100% not recommend.
