When we started experiencing a roach problem, the Nice team came over quickly - they listened to all details about the problem (where we we’re seeing roaches, the suspected type, and other relevant information) and were quickly able to find the main source of the issue. They did a detailed check of our kitchen where we’ve seen most of the problem, but they also did a perimeter walk to ensure there were no missing entrance spots from the exterior that could be the source of our issue. The technicians were professional and correctly diagnosed our problem, and overall were a pleasure to work with! I feel confident that their team can solve any problem we may run into if we have specific pests, and I’m also comfortable with the maintenance sprays for the exterior that they use. these guys are awesome! To start, Travis was amazing when I called to switch companies. Our previous company completely ghosted us and I’d been calling multiple pest companies all day long to find a new and better fit. He answered on the second ring, and he’s the co-owner of the company!?! After multiple automated messages and lack of any real connection with all of the other companies I immediately understood why they’re named “NICE.” Travis answered all my questions, asked his own, and just made things so crystal clear and easy. He didn’t even ask for my info (minus my name,) until I had fully agreed to have them service our property. Fast forward to today and Jared just left. The standard of service, both in the products they use and the connections they make while at your property, are second to no one. Jared even gave my two young boys some stickers which they loved!
