I had my daughter's newborn photoshoot done with Anika of A. Fatouros Photography. The pictures came out amazing and were loved by all my friends and family. More importantly, the experience was comfortable, friendly, and caring for both myself and the baby. As a first time mom to a 9 day old baby I had many concerns about safety and cleanliness. Anika's studio was extremely warm (perfect temperature for baby) and clean, and was fully equipped with all the props needed for a beautiful shoot. She even had burp cloths and swaddles on hand. As a mom herself, Anika was extremely loving with my daughter and didn't hesitate to get in there even when the baby accidentally pooped and peed...TWICE! She kept a smile on her face and an open, welcoming spirit the entire time. Anika was a complete professional, handling the baby with care while choosing the best poses and outfits to fit her. We only had to sit back and watch the magic happen. The raw images themselves were amazing but once we saw the final, edited version we were blown away. The option to have our prints stored in a beautiful keepsake box was the cherry on top. I will treasure these photos forever and cannot wait for my daughter to be old enough to really appreciate them and even show them to her children one day. I would highly recommend Anika and A. I loved how she stressed the importance and nostalgia of PRINTED photos not just digital copy. And she’s right!!! Anika was amazing, so sweet and so patient with my little girl (keeping an 11 month old focused, esp to take pictures, is definitely no walk in the park) !! Once I saw a sneak peek photo the very same night of the photo shoot, I was in awe and could not wait to see the rest of the images. About two weeks after the shoot, we received our online gallery. Let me just say that I was blown away; our pictures came out stunning!! Each of the pictures are absolutely beautiful.
