I used EECF for a deep end of tenancy clean of a property in Chelmsford that I had vacated. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. The team was thorough, attentive and respectful throughout. I would highly recommend EECF.

Not Good. Initially attentive but overall very poor. I booked and paid for a batch of cleans so I could see the service over time. The last clean took 45 minutes and they were gone, from a 2hr booking, with promises to do the extra time next time. Most recently, they cancelled on the day without any notice(sometimes this happens) but have failed to get back in contact in over a week to rebook for the missed 2hrs plus the extra time they skipped last time. I have paid for the cleaning but it seems there is very poor communication, a tendency to rush the job, and unprofessional level of rectifying the situation so far.

Very disappointed!! I wanted a 3 hour clean for my elderly mothers flat but was told I had to book a minimum of 6 hours which is what I believed I was going to get. I was asked to Pre-Pay( which I'm not normally comfortable with) £108 for a 6 hour clean, so not Cheap. They turned up an hour late, did a very average job, missing bits, and after only 2.5 hours announced they were leaving. I mentioned I had paid for 6 hours and asked if they could clean the kitchen cupboards which they reluctantly did for 20 minutes and left after still having done less than 3 hours.

I contacted Essex Elite Cleaners to help clean our house, and they were very responsive, also very quick to come round and clean. Very impressed with the 2 ladies that visited on Thursday. Both provided a very thorough cleaning routine and was happy with the standard they provided. Thank you very much.

2 girls came cleaned my 3 bed house very thurough done a fab job worked realy hard I must say althou foreign ladies notsure wot accent was but I can say definatly graft harder than the English cleaners I've used over the years 👍 and that's a compliment and a tip for anyone that u can let others into your home and do the job 💪 so I've booked the same 2 ladies again worth every penny thankyou elite cleaning for helping make my home smell and look fresh again hope we continue to do business and thanku for discount this time I will pass your reputation onto others 🤝 ☆☆☆☆☆

Absolutely faultless, I have been looking for a long time to find cleaners that really clean to a professional standard. From the first contact, Calin was very responsive and helpful, he came to meet me the very same day, The clean was booked in three days later. Calin came along himself with a lady to provide a deep clean as we had been away for summer holidays and decoraters had been in, My windows, Venetian blinds, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, bedrooms, EVERYTHING was thorough from top to bottom. I could'nt be happier. Communication has also been exceptional before following visit. I now have them in weekly and it's such a weight lifted off my shoulders. A very friendly and approachable service too. Reasonable hourly rate, Honestly, look no further!

Outstanding!! It has taken me a long time to find good cleaners and although a painful process it has now all proved worth it. Calin is so helpful, made himself available same day to view my house and give me a quote. The two female cleaners that I have are just amazing, so polite and friendly and work so hard. They are precise and speedy and leave the house looking spotless. Thoroughly recommend.

We have just had an excellent deep clean and oven clean on our flat from Essex Elite Cleaners and we are extremely happy with the results. They arrived on time and brought all their own products and really took pride in their work. The oven was absolutely amazing.
