I am looking at purchasing a piece of property, but had no idea where the septic systems,( two houses)were located. Richard and his wife Kristie were to meet me at the property on a Saturday. They were there upon my arrival and Richard was already probing the yard to locate the systems. After maybe an hour or so later, Richard had located BOTH systems. Very nice people. Showed up on a Sunday to pump our Septic tank that was backing up in our home. Very easy to work with as well. Worked out a payment arrangement with us since we was a few days away from payday. They were so so so very nice. My son who’s 4 years old was upset when he came home and they weren’t there anymore. I recommend Richard Bearden all the way. 10 out of 10. I will recommend him to everyone I know and to people I don’t know as well if given the opportunity.
