We needed help quickly when the septic system backed up at one of our rental properties, and they answered the phone promptly and were able to get out to the property quickly.They were pleasant and easy to work with throughout the entire process, which I especially appreciated since I was coordinating the service for my renter. Most importantly, they did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. They resolved the problem and charged a very fair price for the service.Responsive, reliable, professional and fairly priced—exactly what you hope for when you need septic service, particularly when the need is urgent. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Twisted B Septic Systems again and highly recommend them.
