Let me set the scene for you:My wife and I had people coming into town from all over the state for the holiday weekend. Friday afternoon our kitchen sink stopped draining. I did all of the normal stuff to get it unclogged and nothing worked. It was at that time we dug up the grease trap and popped the lid and it was so full it couldn't let water pass.I called 10+ septic companies around 5-6 PM and Richard with Twisted B answered his phone( on a holiday). He was courteous, kind, and professional. He offered to come out first thing Saturday morning and he showed up 8am. He didn't just drain my tank, he made sure we got the pipe cleared and solved our problem.This level of service is incredibly hard to find in ETX. I highly recommend using them, he was worth every penny. If i could give 10 stars, I would.

I’m going to be honest if you have a septic issue this is the one to use no doubt about it.This company is absolutely AMAZING! I called about a month or so ago for what i thought would be a collapsed tank as that’s what other companies had told me. However that was FAR from the case Twisted B septic saved us $10,000 worth of unnecessary fixing came out the next day and fixed the issue. I called them again yesterday 03/03/2026 to get on the schedule for a septic pump they came out 8:30am pumped it and even went above and beyond what I called for and fixed other things with our septic that needed to be done.!! They stayed in contact every step of the way and even gave great advice on future issues. I will not be using anyone else beside Twisted B Septic! My go to company for septic the number is saved in my phone lol!Keep up the FANTASTIC job guys!!!!
