I had a very disappointing experience working with this unprofessional company. After signing the agreement, I completed detailed questionnaires and provided comprehensive concept documents outlining the full vision, design direction, and expectations for the project. Despite clear and consistent communication on my end, there was no meaningful progress or alignment with the concept throughout the engagement. The lack of experience of this business for my space was clearly showing. If you are an Indian restaurant, you might be within their comfort zone and you might be OK to continue with them, but anything else they will clearly struggle to understand your vision.I took both packages, Branding and Interior Design, but 6 weeks down the road there were zero deliverables, just pretending that they are busy and so on. They were awesome when we first approached them, but communication and engagement significantly dropped after the initial 50% payment was made. I believe their goal is to collect that 50% payment right away from anyone and any project and then see if they are able to pull the project off. If not, they make sure the contract says it’s non-refundable and they walk away with silly excuses. There was a clear lack of initiative, follow-up, and professionalism. While any true professional designer would ask to see the site even before signing a contract, this business only visited the site 6 weeks after we signed the contract. The owner came 45 minutes late to the site meeting and was clearly not enthusiastic about the project— she seemed overwhelmed! maybe because I’m not another easy project within their comfort zone.During the site visit, I was very frustrated with their inability to comprehend the concept and what we had asked for over and over again for the last 6 weeks.Ultimately, the owner chose the easy way of terminating the contract from their side without any clear or reasonable BUSINESS justification, no refund, and clearly no regard to business manners and consequences. She thought that was the easy way, not knowing that the easy way will be a long, damaging way for their business reputation. In a way Im happy I dont have to deal with this company any longer. Make sure you do your homework right, check other amazing designers around. Be firm in contract terms and payments. And always have a backup plan if they try to leave you when they know they cant complete your project to your expectation!
