Well I read some of the testimonies of some of other people experiences with this law firm, and the problem I had was they wasn’t very affected for my husband’s car accident.There were two different insurance companies for them to fight for my husband to get something from and they chose not to fight with one of them because the insurance company went got them an attorney, and we were like isn’t y’all a Law Firm, but anyway it is was is and now the case was settled last week, and we were like something is better than nothing. Most importantly God spared my husband life and he’s still here getting better everyday.

October 18th 2024, was my first wreck ever in life (I wasn’t at fault). When I first got in contact with Roxell Richards Law Firm, I did speak to Roxell for the first 2 days at the most. As days, months, flew by I didn’t hear from her at all even after I asked to speak with her she was never available, not even 1 time did I speak with her after asking. Months went by I heard from the Law firm every blue moon. As time passed, I always had to be the person to always call check on my case, their communication is terrible, I would call never got a returned phone call back, I always had to call back the next day to get in touch with whoever was on my case. I don’t recommend this law firm. Very disappointed, it’s not always about money, it’s deeper than that, like communication, consistency, etc. I don’t hold my tongue nor sugarcoat, as whole they need better communication.
