The first time I did a walk in and I talked to Jess, I was looking for someone who could do my lashes since the last time I had them done it was a bad experience for me. Jess was sweet enough to give me the numbers of people who do lashes there. I contacted all the numbers and Jewels responded fast enough. She seemed a nice person (we had not met in person) I told her I wanted my lashes done and about my previous experience I was really nervous. The way she was talking about her experience in doing lashes is what made me book an appointment with her. The day of the appointment I arrived late and she couldn’t take me because I was late. I understand these people don’t take you if you’re a few minutes late, but she should have made that clear from the start since it was my first time. I apologized for being late and decided to try again. The second time I arrived just in time and I was able to get my lashes done. Everything was great until I was getting anxiety from how long she was taking. I specifically asked her for volume and for my lashes to look natural. It was my first time so I thought she would catch on and do something simple. Nope! She did whatever she wanted and charged me over $200 for a volume set that looked overly dramatic for my liking. I decided to pay and leave. A few days later, I reached back because some lashes were falling out. According to Jewels “shedding is normal” I saved the lashes so she could glue them back on without a fee. She told me “we wouldn’t reuse them they are trash” ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE I paid over $200 for a volume set you have the right to put those lashes wait new lashes free from cost. She managed to ask if I wanted to book a one week refill appointment because some lashes were falling out. No ma’am it has not been a week since I got my lashes done with you. Now my lashes don’t look full for my trip. But I am not paying to get my lashes done again here. Extremely expensive. There’s way cheaper places for lashes you just have to find them. Less

The owner gave me an initial consultation over the phone, which I thought was a good first step. However, after that, she sent me a text message with some additional questions, to which I replied that I already had microblading done by someone else. To my surprise, her response was that she does not work on clients who have already had microblading done by others. While I understand that every professional has their own policies, what really upset me was that when I tried to ask a follow-up question via text, I never received a response. I sent another message later, and I never heard back from her. As a customer, I believe I deserve at least a response, even if it’s just to confirm that they can’t offer the service. The lack of communication and poor customer service left me with a very negative impression. I would not recommend this place to others. Less

Just completed my 1:1 training & I would definitely recommend! Not only will you leave feeling confident, but you’re not left hanging once you’re done. They offer actual support even after training and that’s hard to find! If you’re not understanding something they’ll break it down more or find other ways til you do understand. So I went in and I told her to do what she thought look good cause I felt like she was the artist. So I did tell her yes I did like them before she drew them but once she finished and I was at home I seen I had two different shapes. I let her know and asked if it could be removed she told me to give it awhile. I did shapes where still different and I wasn’t the only one that saw it I heard it from different people even from one of the person she trained. I asked if I could go up there so she could see what I was talking about and she said if I had gone for my second session. Why would I pay $100 more if I didn’t like the shape? So she didn’t answer me after that. I know I took awhile but I was upset cause I had already paid her $300 and I didn’t like the work. I just say think about what you do to your face cause if you don’t like it you will have to pay more to get it removed. As I wanted to take her classes to cause it’s good money but I told her I am scared to mess up someone’s face. Hope there is no hard feelings just writing my review and experience. Less
