Martin and his son washed my tile roof this month after the roof had never been cleaned in the 23 years since it was installed. He has all the equipment to do the job well. They notified me every step of the way what they were doing and why. They used ladders plus got onto the roof never breaking a tile. My roofing rep was so impressed he's going to recommend Texas Pride Power Wash to his customers. Excellent price, Excellent workmanship! I'm having them back next month to do my driveway.

I conducted an AI search on highest rated power washers in the area and Texas Pride was among the top rated.I obtained estimates from three of the top listed contractors. One personally came to the house and gave me an eyeball estimate (no measurements). Another just sent a quote based on the square footage I provided on their website.Martin, owner/operator of Texas Pride, personally conducted my estimate face to face. Martin took detailed measurements of the square footage of our home, front/back porches, flagstone patios and all adjoining sidewalks. Martin presented as a business professional with a high attention to detail. I liked that Texas Pride is a local family owned and operated business (not a franchise or chain) and that he proudly offers a military discount.Martin and his adult son conducted all of the work. My past experience has been that the owner shows up to make the sale and then random laborers you’ve never laid eyes on show up unsupervised to actually do the work. Martin takes pride in his work and his business and it shows.Martin’s bid came in under his competitors and he was extremely responsive in communicating scheduling of the job. Martin even resealed our flagstone patios (included in initial estimate) which none of his competitors even offered.We had our entire house, eaves, porches, patios and sidewalks soft & power washed. The results look amazing!I would highly recommend Texas Pride for any residential power washing. It is satisfying to support a local family owned business who does great work at a fair and transparent price.
