I am recently divorced and had never had a ‘real’ bed that supported my sleep…ever. I had been sleeping on an IKEA twin sized bed and mattress for about 8 years or more. When I decided I needed a new mattress I didn’t want to go just anywhere and get whatever was available. I was curious what kind of mattress was right for me and if a ‘good’ mattress would help my sleep at all. Snooze advertised the sleep assessment, so I decided to give it a go. I had already decided to leave if the mattress’s were so overpriced that it seemed ridiculous, but I knew I would have to spend at least $1000-$1500 to get a ‘good’ mattress. The moment I walked in, I was greeted like a friend and treated with respect. I believe the woman who helped me was named Gabby (I’m so sorry I don’t remember!!) and she remembered me and my name every time I came in! She listened to my story as she did the assessment asking good questions, but not prying. After the assessment, she recommended a medium to hard mattress as I’m a side sleeper. Then she asked what my budget was. I told her and it was fairly obvious my budget was low. She gave me every option that was close to my budget, but didn’t try to sell me the most expensive mattress in the shop just to make money off of me. She genuinely wanted me to be comfortable. I tried a couple of beds and ended up getting one that was slightly over my budget, but was so comfy and I was very excited! She was very knowledgeable and respectful of my time. When she rang up the bill, she gave me every discount she could and it needed up being only $100 over my budget! I couldn’t believe it! She offered the frame and bed covers, but respected when I said no. I know she could have made a lot more money off of me if she had been pushy, but she wasn’t and now I think we are best friends (except forgetting her name!) and I promised to invite her to my old mattress burning event when I have it. I ended up buying a pillow and bed cover when I picked up my mattress because the one I had tried when trying out the mattress was so comfy. All in all, I am sleeping so much better. The bed is perfect and the pillow is sensational. And I feel comfortable going back to see her if I ever need anything and I know she won’t scam me or pressure me into buying something I really don’t need. I recommend Snooze because of the service I received from this specific store and the dignity and respect with which I was treated. Thank you so much!! 😊

I wanted to test a Casper mattress and snooze had them in stock. Very helpful salesperson and no pressure. Nice display of many mattresses and foundations to try. I ended up purchasing the casper dream mattress with adjustable foundation and love it!
