My new CentralAC was blowing room temperature air last night and the outside unit was not turning on. The technician Mike was on time and very polite. He fixed my AC and even turned it down slightly to make the sound more comfortable. Thank you Dilling and thank you Mike. Awesome service.

On Wednesday I had a full hvac maintenance check up. The overall experience was awesome. The technician was on time.

Another great maintenance visit with Mike Reichart of Dilling. I when I scheduled my spring service and i had an issue with my thermostat. Mike expertly reviewed my heating system including reviewing my interior duct work, my heater, my UV lighting equipment; Mike discovered and remedied the thermostat issue. I have found the whole company keeps in mind their customers needs; each employee makes me feel like I am family and takes care of me as such which is why my family will be a long standing client. If you want a honest and trustworthy company who works for their customers then Dilling Heating and Cooling is "your guy". I am more than pleased with this company, I am truly thankful.

Mike came on time and was very professional. A real down to earth individual. He identified a leak with the heating condensing unit. He took some pictures and was going to inform his supervisor for the next steps for replacement. He checked the AC unit as well for proper operation.

Mike came out on 4/30/26 to do maintenance on my system, he took the time to listen to a problem I was having checked it out and explained some features on the remote I wasn't sure about, he did a great job. I always get great friendly service.

First time using Dilling, and I'm very happy I called them. Mike arrived at the beginning of the time frame originally promised. He was personable as he asked about the problem we were having. I found Dilling a couple years ago. We can always depend on them to get us through emergency situations. They are pretty much family. I highly recommend Pasha! They always go over and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. There was a crazy amount of icy snow outside, but that didn't stop Pasha from ice climbing up our driveway like a champ to save us from freezing to death. These guys not only got my heat flowing in the middle of this 10 degree weather, they also cleared a block in my exhaust connected to my stack that could have burned my house down ! God had them ready for me before that happened ! 💯💯💯💯👍👍👍👍

Mike and Pasha were thorough and fixed the gas leak. They also checked the other gas appliances for leak. They were friendly. The price was right.

This was my first time using Dilling Heating and Cooling and I highly recommend. With a broken hot water heater in winter, I needed help ASAP. Nicole was very helpful and scheduled my appointment right away. Pasha was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He gave me an honest assessment and a very reasonable estimate. He was back the next day to install and we had hot water again. I was very impressed all around. I had previously been using KE Seifert for my HVAC and plumbing services but I will be calling Dilling in the future.
