We lost our hot water. Mike came same day. Problem persisted, though, and installed new water heater. Problem was more complex yet, tracing problem to AC condensation pipe that they completely cleaned and repaired.Excellent communication throughout with both me and my wife. And they kept to original estimate price. Very pleased.

Had a 20 yr old condenser unit go down in the midst of a heatwave which unfortunately also involved replacing the unico blower as well. After receiving a few absurdly high estimates with no calls back about justification of pricing on their estimates, got a fair middle ground one from John and dilling, who were great. John was a pleasure to deal with in communicating throughout the process making sure I was on the up and up not only with the details of the estimate, but status of work once it started too. Then Franko and crew came on a not so nice 90 degree sweltering day and got it all done that same day with a lil extra setup the next morning on Mikes part. Would def recommend and will continue using their services.

Mike found the problem!! He fixed the pipe. It had a hole that was hard to find! Finally!!!Very happy with the job!!

Edit: 2 years later, and it's still the same 5 star review. Mike Reichart was great, knew what he was doing, made sure things were all done right, and I had a fantastic time around the man. He was honest about estimates of things I should think about it the future. They absolutely honored their warranty on my heat pump, changed out the blower motor and control board per Mike's observation to do so.I would have no issue with Mike coming out again, he's fun, I offered him drinks and such, definitely stay hydrated Mike, it's cold out here. But yeah, 2 years later, Absolutely no complaints. Mike went to parts stores multiple times. And is making sure I'm continually taken care of. I couldn't ask more from a company than that. Thanks much! You guys rock!We haven't competed everything yet, but as it stands, this company is fantastic. And it's because they have fantastic people working for them that it is so. I actually developed a bond with one of the people, which is Pat. This man teaches you things as he does them so you understand, he also cares about his customers.So, we've been working on my furnace for almost a week and a half now, replaced parts, some the manufacturer did not even make anymore. Pat worked to get all the parts, even the fuel pump. After he saw nothing was working, he worked with his manager to help me get something new soon, because he himself didn't want me throwing money away. Not only did he help me out, all the other service work he and his manager waived to help the customer along. They are really taking care of me. And seeing that amount of work and effort and still pushing to resolve the issue, they have been excellent.I'm excited to see how this system is and will definitely update with those results. But, if you want a knowledgeable company and not have to have contracted services just so they can look at your appliances, not even guaranteeing they could fix the problem, this is the company I would go with. If anything of mine fell under their profession, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.Oh and they also plan to get me space heaters so I don't have to be cold for even the one day before they have to work.Really man, they know their way around the profession. If you get Pat, you definitely can't go wrong. If you can ask for him, I would. He's a pleasure to be around. And definitely knowledgeable and really likes cats. I have 4, my one really enjoys anyone, the other 3, they always hide with new company haha.No, but for real, if you have furnace issues, hvac issues, even if the thing looks ancient like mine, they won't turn you away, and if they can't fix it, they will help you find a solution.Definitely use them. I'm glad I'm working with them myself.

What a joy working with John regarding our A/C problem and system conversion. Very prompt response and professional.The installation crew was courteous, answered all questions and left the work areas spotless. The price was reasonable and the staff, from top to bottom, communicated with us promptly and thoroughly.

Mohammad did a good job restoring our heat . Then he did a good job troubleshooting. Now him and Sean are fixing our thermostat wiring problem. It took 3 visits; but we were only charged for 2.

Once we left a message on a Holiday Weekend (Sunday) we received a return call from John and he worked his schedule to come check our AC unit and was concerned that we had no AC portable unit to help us out. he arrived, found the problem (capacitor) so he installed a temp one and the next morning 8am sharp we had the second Tech come and replace the Proper Capacitor. The price charged for this amazing and efficient service was much lower than we anticipated to have such excellence on a Holiday weekend. We hope to get an entire new AC/heater unit and we will definitely go with Dilling. We cannot praise them enough. Thank you for all your help and professionalism

After being ghosted, ignored and receiving terrible service from several local HVAC companies, it's been refreshing dealing with Dilling. Most of the time an actual person answers the phone, and if that's not the case they return calls almost immediately. On a couple of occasions I've reached out to them with system problems in the middle of harsh weather and they show up within the hour. When i upgraded my old system to a new heat pump, it was a no brainer. I'll stick with them for as long as they keep taking my calls!!
