Highly recommend! Had them do a mold treatment to our ducts and air handler + encapsulate the crawlspace. The quality of their work and their attention to detail was spectacular! I spoke with Ray Howell, one of the owners, about my concerns regarding possible mold in my home. I had been feeling sick often and kept waking up with a sore throat. After discovering some black mold, I called them to inspect my duct lines. They went above and beyond by doing a full home inspection and confirmed the presence of mold and other growth. When our home flooded, we faced total devastation—emotionally and physically—having never experienced anything like it before. Our finished basement, which represented half of our home, was a total loss. We were on several lists with different companies for water and mold remediation, but FreshCo stood out from the start. Upon hearing there was, they prioritized us because they genuinely cared about our health and well-being.From the moment FreshCo arrived, every team member showed compassion and professionalism. They took care of moving every piece of furniture, clothing, and storage item, sparing me from having to lift a finger. They didn’t just move things—they organized everything so it was easier for me to sort through. They advised what was likely a total loss but always left the final decision to me, showing empathy for items that had sentimental value.The team was prepared, health-conscious, and protective of our upstairs living space. They went above and beyond to safeguard our floors and walls, and they repeatedly asked if I needed help as I sorted through items. A large dumpster was delivered, and they handled disposal of all trash and damaged furniture, ensuring I didn’t have to. They even offered guidance on which items could potentially be restored and offered to help with that process.Before leaving, FreshCo secured the basement to prevent unsafe air from circulating upstairs and set up equipment, including dehumidifiers, air purifiers, and machines to pump out bad air. We are currently in the airing-out phase, and the next steps will include cleaning the basement thoroughly and returning salvaged items.What truly sets FreshCo apart is their genuine care. They helped ease the initial shock of our loss simply by being compassionate and prepared. Financially, we weren’t ready to handle everything at once, but they explained our options and provided steps to help us through the process.I prayed we’d find the right company to help us, and FreshCo exceeded every expectation.
