I wanted to leave an honest review based on my experience. The service was friendly, however I was disappointed with the quality of the replacement parts used in my phone, particularly the battery. After the repair, I experienced further issues, and when I returned, I was told it was due to the phone being dropped. Unfortunately, this left me feeling that the repairs may not have been completed to a high standard. For that reason, I personally wouldn’t feel confident using this service again or recommending it to others.
