Curtis Tire feels like the old mom and pop store! Super friendly people with great work ethic. Ordered my new tires yesterday and got a call this morning that they got delivered. I went back, waited about half an hour and had new tires on my car. You can't go wrong with Curtis Tire Center!!!

They got a tire for my chr in under 24 hours and replaced it in 30 minutes. While loading it on the lift, it bumped my dust cover off and they waited almost an hour after their closing times and fixed that for me as well. Shit happens but they cleaned it up.

Purchased a set of tires for my other vehicle for a great price compared to other places and compared to online prices. I can't complain one bit about anything from that first set for the car to about 6 months with the second set of tires on my other vehicle.The first set of tires on the car is about due a replacement sooo I know exactly where to go when that time comes. It's one of the few mechanic shops down here that I will go to. They're reliable, they're fast and they will not charge you your firstborn child, as a matter of fact I kind of think they have a policy against paying with your children. Joking aside they have great rates. They do have a first-come-first-serve rule. So the downside is no appointments, they are also a little difficult to call. However I had to have a vehicle towed in and they called me back letting me know what the estimate was and kept me in the loop till it was done. However if it matters to you, the front staff behind the counter were not fully masked, and very few customers were either. However there was a shield separating customers from the people behind the counter. I did not see any mechanics this time but the last time I was there also during this pandemic time they did not have masks on.That said if you're just dropping your car off, or have it towed in and are not waiting and just paying quickly at the end you can still get in & out fast.

I stopped by to get a new tire mounted and balanced on my utility trailer. Within 15 minutes they were taking care of my job. They had my work completed and ready to go in record time. The staff was responsive, courteous and very professional. I will recommend this business to anyone who wants quality service at an affordable price.
