I could not have felt more supported through my post partum period. Being able to reach for a quick snack or heat up a soup in a few minutes was an absolute saviour. The most nourishing and delicious snacks!! I ordered 4 different homemade snacks from Rhiannon including the lactation cookies and the slice and they were so delicious and warming during my post partum experience. Also the date milk was delivered whilst it was still warm - how amazing!!! Would 1000% recommended to any post partum mumma!!!

I had Rhi as my post partum doula and it was the best money we ever spent. Her visits were full of different things, massages, delicious teas, deep talks, naps for Mama, play time for my older son, birth debrief and lots of food she cooked on my stove and served up! With lots of left overs for the week. My husband and I both felt so held and it freed us up to be with each other and focus on our new baby girl. Postpartum is such a special and vulnerable time and having Rhi and her beautiful energy helped me stay present and able to enjoy it. She was like a member of the family. I can’t recommend her enough!

I connected with Rhiannon through her social media and followed along for quite a while before booking a Zoom call. After also attending one of her pregnancy circles, I just knew she was the right fit to support me on my journey into motherhood.Her pregnancy circles are so heartfelt and special — I always left feeling supported, with new ideas, having worked through challenges, and feeling deeply connected to other women. There were tears, laughter, and such a sense of community.During pregnancy, Rhiannon also came to our home and helped guide conversations between my partner and I that we hadn’t even thought to have. She helped us prepare for postpartum in such a practical and meaningful way, and gave me beautiful ideas to support my birth.About a week after I gave birth, Rhiannon came to our home and brought the most nourishing care — date milk, one-handed snacks, and made soup during the visit. She held space for me to share my birth story, the most amazing foot massages, foot baths, and warm teas, tidied up the kitchen. I felt so deeply cared for in such a vulnerable time.One of the visits that meant the most was around 7 weeks postpartum, when my partner had returned to work and I was feeling quite depleted. Rhiannon came in and completely shifted the energy of our home — she made it feel warm and safe, gave me another foot massage while I snoozed with my baby on my chest, and again nourished me with snacks and a beautiful dhal, leaving jars in the fridge for later.I honestly don’t think my postpartum would feel the way it does right now without Rhiannon. I am so incredibly grateful for her support, care, and presence during this chapter of my life, and would recommend her to any mother navigating this journey. 🤍
