Rhi is truly one phenomenal person and doula here in the central coast. She has cared for me through her pregnancy circles, hosting my gorgeous mother blessing and nourishing me with her delicious postpartum snacks (but during pregnancy hehe) . If you are looking for someone to support you through your pregnancy and postpartum, she is your girl. This week we tried our very first sample box & truly can recommend, with my whole heart these beautiful offerings ♡♡ They all were absolutely beautiful & so very nourishing, it was so perfect to go to my fridge, grab out a nourishing option & know my body was nourished and tummy was full to start my day ♡No shopping! No prep!So very grateful, and so hard to choose a favourite all were soooooo yummy ♡♡♡We were so impressed ♡♡♡

The perfect way to nourish yourself pregnant, post partum or as busy family. Rhiannon’s food is delicious and nutritious. Just perfect. I could not have felt more supported through my post partum period. Being able to reach for a quick snack or heat up a soup in a few minutes was an absolute saviour. The whole family enjoyed the snacks too so we ordered large quantities. Thank you Rhi for the love you put into your food. You can taste every ounce of it. Such a nice memory for this time. - Kate
