I’ve been coming to RxFit for a couple months now and I’m so glad I decided to commit to a membership. I go 3 times a week, and I keep coming back because Coach Carlos is THE BEST coach I’ve had. He is patient, encouraging, and modifies workouts for me when I need it. And of course it wouldn’t be a party without Brian and Kim - the gym managers. I highly recommend RxFit!!!

Love this place! The coaches are motivating and put a strong emphasis on form and technique to make sure you stay safe throughout the workout. Carlos is awesome with giving modifications for strength level and injury. The whole team, including Kim and Brian, really make you feel welcome. Came for Hyrox training and ended up staying as a regular member.

I tried out this gym for a few days and had such a great experience! Carlos was an incredibly knowledgeable coach- he was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated his kindness. The owners, Brian and Kim, were also very welcoming and made me feel at home right away. Ultimately, I chose a gym closer to where I live, but I can honestly say this is a wonderful place with a great community. Highly recommend checking it out!

I joined the gym about 3 months ago and have loved learning from their instructors. It's been fun getting back into the CrossFit world with their programming each day. Great place to work out, get motivated and educated on lifting correctly.

Been going to the gym since June and have loved it. The coach's are great and the people & atmosphere are very welcoming. I had never done CrossFit before and was nervous about going, but the gym is a great place to start. Workouts are scaled so you can be a beginner or an Olympic athlete! Everyone can get something out of it. The gym has great schedule options if your life is busy. I've been able to go to classes at 7am, 9 am, noon, 5pm and 6pm.

Love, love, love this place! When I started I was COMPLETELY out of shape. The coaches are amazing and help me so much. I get a lot of personal attention and feel so much better after only one month and I have lost weight. The other members are super nice. It feels like you are part of a family.

The coaches are very knowledgeable and able to provide modifications if needed. There is a learning curve in the beginning, however the community and coaches make true health accessible.

I have tried diets and gyms before, but RxFit has actually worked for me. I’ve lost weight and gained muscle. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Highly suggested and I hope I see you in class 👍
