I consider CVC the best place for mental health services in the area. My therapist Julie was the perfect fit for me. I believe a good therapist doesn’t tell you what to do, rather acts as a guide to help you find the mess inside and untangle it/organize it until it makes sense. Then more work follows. Julie has that beautiful skill of guiding you in a gentle and purposeful way. ✨

Waste of money. Did marriage counseling here but the counselor used a cookie cutter one size fits all approach and not taking the unique circumstances of my marriage problems into consideration.

It was wonderful, they were very flexible with my visits and schedule. You can do in person one second, or choose to do online, very helpful. My therapist Justin was great, very well rounded and versatile when it comes to helping you handle issues you might be having. And there were always snacks at the front desk, big plus.
