We own Empowered Electrical, and we have a team thats fueled by caffeine and faith!! One our our technicians spilled about 12 ounces of coffee with creamer in a common area of our shop. I called Nichole's, and the lady on the phone was so empathetic to what happen. The scheduling was very simple, and she walked me through what the process would look like. They had a special carpet cleaner they used. They were there the very next morning and the spot that had the coffee on it is now cleaner than the rest of the carpet in the shop lol.Thanks again you guys!!! You were amazing. Oh my goodness! Did the dynamic duo of Marie and Heather ever do an absolutely AMAZING JOB cleaning our home! Everything is sparkling clean, and my house has never smelled fresher! That’s saying a lot, given that we have three dogs!! But you’d never know it, as the ladies did such a fabulous job on everything, including our furry floors.Marie and Heather were true professionals, so very efficient, friendly and warm. I am in awe of the fantastic job they did. And how fun is Marie, the Towel Queen?? Bows, rosettes, swans, and googly eyes everywhere! What a whimsical touch. We had a great experience with the ladies who cleaned our home today. They were on time (early actually, which is even better), worked efficiently, and did a great job on our home. It has saved me so much time as we have company coming Saturday. They also wrapped up in a timely manner and were pleasant and very sweet!
