Very professional, there was communication throughout the process of booking confirmation which I really appreciated. Allowed me to manage my day. Arrived on time and took me through the process of what would be done, what products were going to be used and the benefits. Asked if I wanted the stainless steel stove protection when at the house - this was not something I had thought of but I asked if he could add that on. Didn't take long to complete the job. Great experience, excellent service.

Tim at Obsessed Coatings did a fantastic job ceramic coating my car. He thoroughly explained the process as well as aftercare, even giving me an aftercare product bundle to ensure I was fully informed and equiped. Tim kept me updated throughout the appointment which I appreciated and my car was returned to me in perfect condition, he had even taken extra care by using a steering wheel protector and floor covering when needing to move my car. 100% recommend him and will be back with future vehicles.

Tim is very responsive and punctual. We had a detailed discussion on type of coating and he answered all my queries. Also I found him very reasonable with pricing. Coating was done with utmost care and no marks or residual smell. My benchtop maintained its shine and format.
