Gregg was so great to work with because he communicated throughput the entire project. We did a huge remodel in our house. We moved the kitchen from where it was into the dining room. The company moved the plumbing to the other room, ripped down walls, and installed new flooring throughout the house. Jeff was in constant communication with me. Jeff in his crew remodeled our kitchen after it was remodeled and totally botched by another contractor. Jeff came to our home reassuring us that he would make sure everything would be ok and remodeled to our satisfaction,And after we let him know what we had been through and what we expected, him and his crew went to work. To say they did a good job would be an understatement. The quality of work and self pride these workers put into remodeling our kitchen was like watching an artist create a masterpiece. We were an awe of how our kitchen turned out and everyone who sees it comments on how breathtaking it is. You would think we paid hundreds of thousands to have a kitchen like we have. I used Personal Touch to knock out a fireplace/exterior concrete wall and install new french doors and windows. They showed up every day and worked hard to finish the project quicker than expected. Jeff was very responsive and addressed any questions or concerns I had right away. The entire team was very friendly and professional I am more than happy with the results.

In addition to the selected repairs, Jeff’s team also installed a new back door, dug and inserted a French drain, sealed my windows as well as created a mold in which to pour concrete footers inside my entire back wall. No more water leaks! They were timely and cleaned everything up afterward.
