Wanted to share a little bit about my experience with Tyler as a personal trainer. Last fall I hurt my shoulder pretty bad trying to get back into working out. I went to heavy on the bench press trying to keep up with my 16 year old son. It was pretty bad for about 6 months. I didn’t sleep well because I’m a side sleeper and would always roll over onto it and would wake up in pain. I saw a specialist that gave me a cortisone shot that offered no relief. Surgery was my next option but really didn’t want to go down that road. I did a quick internet search and came across Tyler and decided to reach out. We did an initial phone assessment to get to know my goals. We started training 2 days a week back in March. Tyler designed a program to help strengthen my shoulder as well as the rest of my body. For the last couple months I have experienced zero shoulder pain! We have been working with dumbbells and other resistance training. Today I was able to benchpress using the barbell with no issues. I feel stronger, gaining definition and have more energy than I have in a long time. Would highly recommend Tyler as a personal trainer. He is extremely educated and passionate about helping his clients reach their goals! Less

Tyler’s approach to nutrition training was excellent. He is professional, knowledgable and patient. He addressed way more than nutrition including stress management strategies. I met Tyler through Integrated Fitness and worked out with him for about a year. What I discovered is that out of the five simple exercises that I knew how to do beforehand, three of them I was performing wrong. I met Tyler through Integrated Fitness and worked out with him for about a year. What I discovered is that out of the five simple exercises that I knew how to do beforehand, three of them I was performing wrong. He taught me that if I’m not focusing on at least three different things like form, movement, and breathing that I’m probably not doing the exercise right. My fitness goals were simple, and I was not going to Tyler to get a chiseled body, but to perform compound exercises and ultimately to be able to bend over when I reach 70. He worked with me to get me able to do those compound exercises like the deadlift, barbell squat, and chest press through adaptations to build the required strength. At first, I couldn’t even do a proper squat. Additionally, we worked on my nutritional understanding of macros and how the quality of food matter more than reaching those macros. He even responded promptly to questions outside our sessions when I had questions or/and doubts. Due to Tyler's guidance, I’m now at a stage where I can confidently try any new exercise without worrying that I'm doing it wrong. Also, I'm working on building the strength to support my body weight of 200 Ibs in various forms of exercise. Nevertheless, whatever your goals are, you will not be disappointed with choosing Tyler as your trainer. Less

I wasn’t at the point where I thought I would follow through with this goal, However to my surprise I have. This years goal to progress further with a personal trainer. My workouts have changed often enough that I can ensure a full body workout as well as cardiovascular training, as well as a good deal of stretching. As a middle aged man, who has lost site of health. I challenged Tyler to help me out. There is a steady one to one dialog that helps develop the routines to achieve specific goals.
