Had some pretty bad staining going on due to some pet issues called stem mate, and the receptionist Jackie was very polite and assured me that she would send one of their experience technicians, so we set an appointment up and the technician showed up on time like the detail and his service. I would have to say that Johnny has the expertise that is needed. And also he explained to me the process that was in getting the job done correctly. As far as the pricing goes. He also cleaned my upholstery since he was here and gave me a really good deal for both. I was going to use Stanley steemer but I decided to use Steammate as they're a pretty new company in San Diego.
