It was a long process, as the lever for the recliner had broken and the repairman didn’t have a separate lever to replace it. He ended up replacing the lever and the cord, as he thought the cord probably would need replacing soon as the suite was about 12 years old, which he had with him, but it was difficult. Happy with the result, it just cost more than we were originally quoted.

The Leather Doctor Runaway Bay company serviced my 15 year old leather couch by refilling the cushions. Keanu came out to do the job, which he completed in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. He is a lovely young man, thoroughly recommend him as he is most efficient at the job. We are delighted with the end result, this should give us another 15 years of this settee as it is obviously very good quality. We can recommend this company for all your leather concerns.
