Thank you to Leather Doctor for being able to come directly to my mother’s Aged Care Facility to restore her leather recliner chair. This meant that I didn’t have to worry or organise transport of the chair to a repair place in an area that I am not familiar with. Their communication was timely and personable.A special thank you to Keanu who did wonders to the chair. The chair had quite an extensive stain on the seat area, which I was sceptical if it could be restored. However, within 1.5 hours the chair was restored to like new. Keanu was also professional, friendly and well mannered.The price for the restoration was definitely worth it.Thank you to all involved. A great family business which I would highly recommend.

A fantastic experience was had with the team from The Leather Doctor Runaway Bay. I saw their ad on Facebook two days before Christmas and sent a message. Within about half an hour the owner contacted me, gave me a price based on photos I provided and booked the job in.Keanu came in yesterday 6/1/26 and on time to clean my leather lounge. My lounge is in great condition anyway and only about 6 years old but I did not think it was that dirty until the first seat was cleaned. The photo shows the clean section on the right. It looks brand new again.Keanu was very professional, clean and a very lovely young man to deal with. He was done within the hour and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It looks so much fresher and it sounds crazy but felt clean when we sat on it last night. I couldn’t recommend this team highly enough and would use them again in a heartbeat!Thank you Leather Doctor Runaway Bay!

I couldn't be happier with the job Keanau did in repairing the cracks and colour matching on my light camel coloured lounge. I didn't think it was possible to repair it to such a high standard. Keanau went over and above in his efforts to get the colour just right for the repair and he was a delight to have in my home. I would not hesitate to use The Leather Doctor again for general annual cleaning etc.
