We attended the practice with Mark on behalf of my mum, initially we started treatment in November, was told her teeth would be completed in 4-6 months and 4 appointments.. we have attended several 20 appointments, took several days off work and worked around the practices availability. We was asked to pay £20,000 for treatment and paid this(as this is the dentists practice) After finishing her top teeth we was asked to pay another £4000. Before we proceeded to pay extra money, Now her dental work has completely broke off after a month, as she should have had a bone graft and an implant supporting her biting teeth. I am now seeking professional advice as this shouldn’t have happened, she is devastated and has lost trust with the practice. The only positive is that so far, the implants that have been placed haven’t been infected or come out. However she required a bone graft and implant, for her biting teeth, at the start of treatment. A bone graft was started but not completed. It’s always best to be transparent with prices and the treatment plan from the start, and I feel the practice wasn’t. The teeth are impractical I didn’t expect this from a UK dentist to treat such an amazing hard working 60 year old lady. Less

My treatment was in two parts and after first treatment I was in discomfort and they asked me to come back to the practice straight away and wasn’t made to feel that it was a problem at all! I went home with pain relief as well as a follow up call from Lydia the next day to make sure I was ok. Second part of the treatment was great as I went for the sedation, I was relaxed and comfortable throughout and would recommend this to anybody who is considering it. Mark and Lydia are professional, caring and patient centred practitioners who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and pain free. I can assure you are in good hands in this practice and this has now become my go to in the future. Less
