We recently had R&R Pools replace our in-ground pool liner in our 18x36 job, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience from start to finish.From the time I first reached out for a quote through to the completed installation, Kara and the team were excellent to deal with. Communication was timely and detailed, questions were always answered patiently, and their entire process was very well organized. Everything from quotes and approvals to payments and scheduling was clearly explained, and they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it.When Ryan came out to measure for the liner, I also had several questions about other aspects of our pool. He took the time to explain different options, offer recommendations and point out a couple of things we might want to consider. He offered to send along quotes for those items, and by that same afternoon they were already in my inbox. That kind of follow-through really stood out.The installation itself went just as smoothly. The crew worked diligently, took their time to make sure things were done properly, and were friendly and happy to explain what they were doing along the way. Most importantly, our new liner looks fantastic and we are extremely happy with the finished product.We’ve owned a pool for about 16 years and have dealt mainly with one other pool company during that time. A new liner for an in-ground pool is a significant investment and something you want done right so wanted to look at our options with a few companies. With R&R, I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process that we had chosen the right company.Very impressed with our experience and we will absolutely be using R&R Pools again in the future. Best around. Issues mostly involve lack of front end staff with experience. Water tests cause a back log and this is when the the lack of staff is noticed. Only other issue for me is, as I want several services and maintenance issues completed but they will only consider anything after I complete online forms. I have reasons which make that process difficult for me so I can never get the services I want. I just wish they would answer the phone and still conduct business that way as well. But all in all, this is my third ingroung from them and they are the absolute best. Maybe a little more expensive, but its worth it. I would recommend, and have recommended to anyone looking for a pool. You won't be let down.

I am a new pool owner and was totally lost at the beginning of the season when I was trying to get the chemistry right in my pool. R&R pools were absolutely top-notch when it came to fixing my issues. Staff is first rate and they are very knowledgable and they spend the time to educate you on how to keep your pool working properly throughout the summer. I buy my chemicals through them and use their chemical testing pass throughout the summer. It’s a great deal. Took the anxiety out of trying to learn all of this from scratch. And over the summer, I have been able to understand a lot more
