The team repaired and remodeled a large area of our downstairs bathroom and kitchen that had been damaged by a water leak. JC graduated from UF, has a current general contractor's license, appropriate business insurance, is current with Division of Corporations & aware of lien laws both for himself and clients. Many potential contractors I contacted did not meet the criteria which I required along with quality of work. JC has earned a five star rating from me!!
