I was set on a quicker close and they locked in and got me there! Every bump (caused by me!) was smoothed over with communication and guidance. I recently closed on a house with Hilary (Modern Mortgage). My situation was less-than-typical and I’d spoken with 4-5 other lenders that just didn’t seem to understand what I was trying to do.
