I am quite disappointed I made an appointment online for Monday 11:30 I drove over 40 min to get there when I arrived, I see a paper on the front door, saying temporarily closed. Please call this number. I proceed to call the number and no one answers. This was quite the waste of time. I do not know why the online appointments are open if you guys know that you’re closed this should be corrected immediately to avoid others having to waste their time.

I was iffy about trying this place due to mixed reviews. I have always been deficient in Vitamin D and it affects my mood and energy levels. I can never seem to stay up no matter how much I sleep. I can’t attest to the effects of this “procedure”, due to it not even being an hour after I got it, however, I can attest to the customer service given to me by Julia. Her interpersonal skills are bomb, and she explained everything to me, putting my doubts at ease. I received a post surgery “cocktail”, and left feeling refreshed. My eyes felt heavy pre treatment, despite me having caffeine prior. After, I feel rejuvenated. I also received a Vitamin D shot. I can’t wait to feel the full effects later on down the line. And I will definitely be back for more treatments.

I feel so much better after I got The Jetsetter IV infusion here at Pinecrest Prime IV!!!!!💯 Bobby was my consultant. He was awesome, very efficient, I didn't even feel the iv stick!The Spa was very clean, the staff were professional (key note: all staff are Registered Nurses!) ⚕, will totally go here again!

Excellent experience. Was feeling a little under the weather so I opted for the immune booster. Luis provided excellent service and the massage chairs are an added bonus. I would definitely recommend them for your IV hydration needs.

This place is nice and clean! The staff is very knowledgeable about their products. Avi helped me pick the right drip for me and one of the nurses got my vein in the first attempt. They also have amazing massage chairs to sit while you get the infusion.
