RAM did my primary bath renovation and they also did a separate project to replace the entry stair banister. I am giving RAM 50 stars (beyond 5). I was very pleased with the entire process, from the estimate, the construction phase and the completed work. Communication with Andrew was timely and appropriate. They did all work as promised and on time. Issues were uncovered during demo of the bathroom and those issues were addressed. Also, they stayed on the project until completion, they did not start something, then go work elsewhere. They were very respectful of my home and kept the job site very clean and secure. The finished bathroom and entry way is beautiful, has added value to my home, and I just love it! So do my visitors! I highly recommend this crew.

I purchased a 21 year old house. Although I tried to make the existing bathroom work for me, I couldn't. Despite all the scrubbing, there was no changing the underlying issues. Ram Construction was responsive from the very first, by quickly answering my inquiry about renovation. We met several times to view the master bath and talk about what was critical for me: 1- new shower without tile, 2-remove jacuzzi and place a freestanding tub, 3- new toilet and 4-new vanity, mirror, lights, and usb outlets. My vision was modern, with smooth clean lines. I belatedly obtained 3 additional quotes and went right back to Ram Construction. While I wanted to change the footprint of the bathroom, the work required to move pipes and vents added more complexity to the job. And, it would put me over budget. The compromises were mine. The job was going to be finished over 5 months (at my request). Alaska has real supply chain issues, so getting replacement items was challenging. Communication with Ram Construction was easy; we stayed in touch as I sent them photos of items with a note "I like something like this, or something with these types of features as well as "I don't want anything like this". With limited availability in Alaska for building supplies, one cannot fixate on a specific item, but choose more of the style. I can say that Ram Construction nailed my vision for the bathroom. I asked for an overhead light "with dimension" and they picked a beautiful one. I wanted all wood cabinets and they nailed it again. My freestanding tub is perfect, the shower panels, the new door and fixtures are beautiful. This bathroom was designed and renovated with the idea that it would stand the test of time and the materials will wear very well. Oh, and by the way, the job came in under budget! I contacted Ram Construction to have my roof shoveled. Jonathan was the man who was dispatch. Jonathan was very professional and very prepare to do the task. In the past I was disappointed with other companies. But, Jonathan and Ram Construction has renewed my confidence. Thanks guys!!

These guys did a great job on our chimney rebuild. We contacted them due to water leaking into the house from the chimney area. We thought it would be a simple repair, but as it turned out, our whole chimney was rotting out and even down into our crawl space. What was scheduled to be a quick job took several days and these guys were here every morning, working into the early evening to get the job completed before snowfall. Did quality work and very personable and responsive to texts/phone calls. Looking forward to hiring them again for more home repairs.

The RAM team did great! Good value. They know what they are doing. Very informative, knowledgeable, courteous and was able to tackle the job in one day. I thought it was two day project, at minimum. Not for RAM Construction. Completed it in one full day. I would highly recommend them to anyone, friends and family. I would definitely use their services again.

Matthew and his crew did an amazing job installing 8 windows in our home. They have outstanding attention to detail, always on time and extremely hard workers. These guys were great. We were so glad we contracted them for our remodel. They are hard workers, clean, safe and a fun crew that seems to work well together. Their wives brought them lunch one day while working. It was so cute and warming to see that there are still family owned businesses out there who care and are real people!

We used RAM Construction a couple years ago during a house sale. They did everything from fabricating fireplace mantles to building an outdoor stairway and trimming out beams. Definitely hard-working, very skilled craftsmen, which is very hard to find. I wish I knew about them earlier.

I had to do a master bath remodel remotely. Matthew did a beautiful job picking materials and the craftsmanship is beautiful! I am so thankful he was willing to take the extra step and help me pick materials through text.
