Starting salt therapy 12/3/2024 going 2x/week. Starting stem cells/PRP on 2/24/2025, 3/24,2025 & 4/21/2025 for my hips. Paused my salt therapy on those weeks. Had yearly CT scan on 3/7/2025 of my lungs. There had been two nodules in my lungs that my doctors were watching the last four years. I've been dealing with RA, COPD for many years. My breathing has continued to improve every week with the salt therapy. My last blood test showed all inflammation factors extremely low. My respiratory specialist told me yesterday that the CT scan showed that the nodules had vanished and my breathing test was excellent. She told me to continue doing whatever it was I was doing. She doesn't want to see me for another year. I believe the salt therapy has a large part in my improvement. Money well spent!

Absolutely amazing experience! We had all been stuffy since Christmas and this was a huge game changer. My fiancé did not use his inhaler, which he uses throughout the day, for about a week after our visit until the weather changes occurred. We will definitely return soon!

We visited today for the first time, and after 10 minutes in the salt tent we finally have relief from sinus/respiratory issues and constant coughing! 100% recommend and will definitely be going back!

This place is truly amazing. I cannot recommend it enough. If you are having congestion or sickness in your lungs, nose, or sinuses, this is your place. 10 minutes in the salt booth makes all the difference in the world. I recommend 2-3 visits in a week for maximum effectiveness. The owners and staff are super friendly, professional, and wonderful. They have a great selection of local health and beauty products as well. They also accept Flex/FSA cards for goods and services. Give them a call or stop by if you want to know more. Great experience! Went to the salt room with my 2 year old son. He loved it! They had sand toys that kept him entertained for 45 minutes. The owners are so nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and talk you through any questions you have.
