My husband and I are so grateful for Sweet Lou! From the very beginning, he treated us like family and truly went above and beyond to make sure we understood every step. He and his assistant were always super responsive, answering our texts right away and explaining everything clearly.Sweet Lou was able to get us a really great interest rate, especially in this crazy current economic climate, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the entire process. What really stands out about Sweet Lou is that he genuinely cares about his clients. Even after closing, he continues to be there for us and is always willing to help with anything we need. That says a lot about the kind of person he is and the way he does business. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Sweet Lou to anyone looking for a lender who will treat you like family!

Update: when it became time to tap into my home’s equity for a renovation, I again contacted Louis. He took the time to talk through various scenarios. Within a few weeks, the loan closed and the needed upgrades can now begin. Thanks again Louis! My friend recommended that I contact Louis when I was buying my home. The sale was far from smooth but cooler heads prevailed. Louis got it done and the deal closed. Three years later I contacted him to refinance. He’s ethical and I’d definitely recommend contacting Louis!

I have absolutely nothing negative that I could say about my experience with Sweet Lou and his organization. From beginning to end it was a smooth process. He worked the numbers to the best of his ability with the current market. Sweet Lou is very responsive (even when not at the office and on his day off). I will say with 100% conviction that he is dedicated to helping first time home buyers and even those who are seeking home renovations with the right tools to get the job done. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need like we were. I have utilized Sweet Lou’s services twice now. You are in good hands !!Gob Bless!!Shaun & Danielle M.
