Meine Zeit in der Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda Klinik in Kerala war für mich eine ganz besondere Erfahrung.Vom ersten Tag an habe ich mich sehr herzlich aufgenommen und wunderbar betreut gefühlt. Die Ärzte und das gesamte Team nehmen sich viel Zeit, hören aufmerksam zu und gehen sehr individuell auf die persönlichen Beschwerden und Bedürfnisse ein. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die täglichen Ayurveda-Behandlungen – professionell, intensiv und gleichzeitig unglaublich wohltuend. Man spürt, dass hier sehr viel Erfahrung, Wissen und Herzlichkeit zusammenkommen.Auch das Essen war hervorragend. Natürlich auf die Ayurveda-Kur abgestimmt, aber trotzdem abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet. Ich habe mich jeden Tag darauf gefreut.Obwohl ich super viel gegessen haben, hab ich sogar abgenommen.Was diesen Aufenthalt für mich aber besonders gemacht hat, sind die Menschen. Die Freundlichkeit, Fürsorge und Wärme des gesamten Teams haben dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich nicht einfach wie eine Patientin, sondern fast wie ein Teil einer großen Familie gefühlt habe.Ich bin mit chronischer Migräne und verschiedenen gesundheitlichen Beschwerden nach Kerala gekommen. Natürlich sind solche langjährigen Probleme nicht innerhalb von zwei Wochen verschwunden, trotzdem habe ich sehr viel aus dieser Zeit mitgenommen – für meinen Körper, aber auch für meine Seele und meinen weiteren Umgang mit meiner Gesundheit.Die Ruhe, die Atmosphäre, die wunderbaren Treatments und die vielen lieben Menschen vermisse ich bereits sehr.Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Madukkakuzhy-Team für diese besondere Zeit, die Fürsorge und all die schönen Begegnungen. We spent time at Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda in August 2026 as a family, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.The welcome was warm and genuine from the very first day. The team took the time to listen to each of us individually, and the treatments were prescribed after a proper consultation rather than following a generic package. This is authentic Ayurveda, practised in the traditional way, with a structured and professional approach: a clear treatment plan, therapists who really know their work, adapted diet, and daily follow-up with the doctors to adjust things as the treatment progressed.What struck us most was the consistency of the care. Every session was carried out with attention and respect, always on time, always with the same quality. The advice given for daily life during and after the treatments was precise and thoughtful, they explain the reasoning behind what they ask of you, which makes a real difference.The atmosphere of the place is calm and conducive to rest, and the staff are kind and discreet throughout.We came out feeling genuinely better and with a much clearer understanding of Ayurveda. We warmly recommend Madukkakuzhy to anyone looking for serious, traditional Ayurvedic treatment rather than a wellness spa experience.

Es gibt Orte, die man besucht und es gibt Orte, die man im Herzen mitnimmt. Dieser Ort ist für mich genau so einer.Hier darf man loslassen. Sorgen und Gedanken treten in den Hintergrund, und plötzlich bleibt Raum für das, was wirklich wichtig ist: für sich selbst, für den eigenen Körper und für die eigene Seele.Ich fühle mich hier jedes Mal behütet, getragen und wunderbar aufgehoben. Die Zeit hier ist für mich eine Reise nach innen. Eine Zeit, in der Körper und Seele gereinigt werden und man spürt, wie man wieder leichter, freier und unbeschwerter wird.Ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, herzlich und freundlich. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen, gesehen und bestens aufgehoben.Auch das Essen ist etwas ganz Besonderes: unglaublich abwechslungsreich, liebevoll zubereitet und einfach köstlich. Man spürt, dass hier mit viel Aufmerksamkeit und Herz gearbeitet wird.Ich bin sehr dankbar, diesen besonderen Ort gefunden zu haben. Und ich weiß schon jetzt: Ich werde wiederkommen. ❤️

A Wonderful Healing Experience at Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda, KottayamMy husband and I recently had the opportunity to experience treatment at Madukkakuzhy Ayurveda Treatment Centre, Kottayam, and it was truly a memorable and reassuring experience for both of us.My husband came to the centre with a torn ligament and was initially unable to bend his knee properly. Having heard about the expertise and approach to treatment at Madukkakuzhy, I had great trust and confidence that he was in the right hands. To see such a remarkable improvement during the treatment was incredibly encouraging. Within 7 days, he was able to bend his knee, and by the 11th day, he was able to walk normally. Watching that progress was one of the most satisfying parts of our stay.I also personally underwent a 3-day treatment for wrist pain during our stay, and I was amazed by the remarkable improvement I experienced in such a short period. Having experienced the treatment myself, I could truly appreciate the personalized approach, expertise, and care provided by the team.We are especially grateful to Dr. Robin and Dr. Jobin for their excellent assessment and treatment planning. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and the way they monitored our progress gave us tremendous confidence. Registam cada palavra e colocam-nos questões de uma forma tão delicada e pertinente que nos levam a redirecionar comportamentos e atitudes para um bem-estar cada vez maior. Todos os tratamentos, massagens e o plano alimentar são pensados de acordo com aquilo que cada um de nós precisa de tratar e cuidar, tanto a nível físico como emocional. Sente-se, de forma muito clara, o propósito holístico desta medicina. As aulas de yoga e as caminhadas contribuem também para esse equilíbrio.Os terapeutas, em ambos os centros, trabalham com uma entrega e uma amorosidade difíceis de colocar em palavras. E a comida é simplesmente deliciosa, alimentando muito para além do corpo. Até os seus aromas revelam o amor com que é preparada.No Lake e Mountain maravilhei-me com as paisagens envolventes e com o conforto e luxo dos espaços. Während Healing Island mit der Ruhe und mit dem Blick auf den Fluss beeindruckt, ist in Homestay das Gefühl mitten in den Bäumen zu wohnen überzeugend und gleichzeitig raus gehen zu können und indisches Leben mitzubekommen. Fachkompetenz, super Service, hervorragende medizinische Expertise. Mein Karpaltunnelsyndrom wurde nach 2,5 Wochen beschwerdefrei und meine Frozen Schulter kann ich wieder schmerzfrei bewegen. I went here for an Ayurvedic wellness experience and genuinely enjoyed my time. The massages were easily the highlight, very relaxing and done really well. I also liked that the experience wasn’t limited to just treatments. There were yoga sessions, doctor consultations and even specific treatments for concerns like hair care. The vegetarian breakfast was simple and good too. Came back feeling properly rested and refreshed. Definitely worth experiencing!I highly recommend this to anyone who are trying to reconnect with themselves and find inner peace and balance.
