I can't imagine any experience going as smoothly as dealing with Melanie has been so far and the amount of information through the whole process has been more than I could ask for. You seldom get personal attention anymore like you get from Melanie and staff. So far I don't think I've had to ask her a single question that she hasn't already answered.
