⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I reached out to Tricia during an extremely stressful time when I needed to sell my home quickly and honestly didn’t know where to start. From our very first conversation, she made me feel like she genuinely cared about my situation and wasn’t just looking at me as another transaction. She was honest, transparent, compassionate, and incredibly responsive.Tricia worked quickly, stayed on top of everything, and kept me informed every step of the way. What I appreciated most was how much patience and understanding she showed me when I was already dealing with so much. She took what felt like an overwhelming situation and made the process feel manageable.I’m truly grateful I found Tricia when I did. Having someone I could trust and who genuinely cared made all the difference during a difficult time in my life. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the Los Angeles area who needs a knowledgeable, caring, and dependable person in their corner. ❤️

Had a great experience working with Tricia and Max Net Homes on a recent real estate transaction. There were some unique circumstances with the property that made this one more complicated than usual, but Tricia was communicative, helpful, and worked hard throughout the process to get everything across the finish line. I really appreciate people who stay involved and work toward solutions when challenges come up. It was a pleasure working with Tricia and I’d gladly work with her again.

As the executor of my uncle's estate, we sold his house in Rolling Hills Estates to Tricia and Cristina. Their offer was competitive with the estimate we got from a local real estate agent. We decided to accept their offer since we wouls be in escrow almost immediately rather than waiting for the house to sell and risk not getting the listing price. Tricia helped us find someone to do the estate sell, and she was very helpful and supportive during the challenges we faced in our unique situation, putting us at ease during the process. She is an extremely honest, forthright and delightful person. It was the easiest real estate tranaction we've ever been involved in. We never worried that the deal would fall out of escrow. We highly recommend Tricia and Cristina!

I partnered with Tricia on a flip in the Hollywood Hills, and I’m really glad I did. One of the biggest advantages of working with her is that she consistently finds off-market properties directly from sellers all over Southern California, from the South Bay to Woodland Hills and throughout Los Angeles. Those opportunities are hard to come by and create a real advantage for investors. She knows real estate and remodeling inside and out, and she really understands ROI, which gave me a lot of confidence in every decision we made. She has great people she works with, stayed on top of everything from start to finish, and made the whole process a lot less stressful. One of my favorite things about Tricia is her work ethic. She genuinely operates with integrity, does what she says she’s going to do, and always looks for solutions that benefit everyone involved. She also worked incredibly hard when it came time to sell and was a strong negotiator throughout. I’d definitely partner with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate.

We recently sold our family property in Rancho Cucamonga with the help of Max Net Homes, and the experience was very positive from start to finish. Our case wasn't simple — multiple owners and some title issues to sort out. We didn't want to deal with a traditional listing, and they made the process quick and straightforward, just as promised.Tricia was great to work with. Responsive, professional, and kept us updated the whole way through. Any time we had a question, she got back to us quickly and kept things moving. What we appreciated most was that the deal stayed consistent from start to finish. There were no surprises and no last-minute price reductions. The offer we agreed to was the offer we received at closing.Even with all the extra paperwork involved with multiple owners, we closed in about two weeks. The process was quick, communication was excellent, and everyone involved was professional and easy to work with. We'd work with them again without question.Highly recommended.

She was able to buy my house fast in Torrance, California and she did it with professionalism. I highly recommend her if you have a house that you need to sell in Los Angeles.

When my mother's home in Los Angeles needed to be sold, I didn't know where to turn. The house was full of junk — my mother was a hoarder, and the thought of cleaning everything out felt impossible. Tricia made the entire process hassle-free.Tricia made a cash offer and was able to close quickly and no cleaning was required on our end. What really set Tricia apart was her transparency throughout the process. She wasn't just trying to close a deal — Tricia truly cares about the people she works with. She offered solutions I hadn't even considered, and she was incredibly patient with my elderly parent during what was an emotional and overwhelming time. The whole experience was a huge relief for our family. If you're in a tough situation and need someone who will treat you with genuine compassion while making the process simple, I can't recommend Tricia enough.

I inherited a fire-damaged house in Los Angeles, and handling it from out of state quickly became overwhelming—not to mention the emotional weight behind how I came to own it in the first place.I couldn’t meet with contractors to estimate repairs, and being so far away made me feel completely disconnected from the process.I found Tricia online, saw her great reviews and strong rating with the Better Business Bureau, and reached out.It turned out to be the best decision I could’ve made! She made everything simple and stress free!! The house was sold in less than two weeks, and I didn’t even have to travel! She was a true lifesaver!

Amazing service, amazing company, amazing experience. The owner Tricia Watts was a joy to work with. She went over every detail of the process in a way that was easy to understand. My biggest fear was that the home selling process was going to be overwhelming and it was anything but with Tricia. I’m so glad I made a decision to work with her to sell my house.

I can't conjure anyone who dedicates their all to surpassing expectations more than Tricia. She is trustworthy, self-made, creative, fun, and tireless. I have known her for decades and even when we've been out of touch she has a way of making it seem like time never passed. As a professional entrepreneur, I've seen firsthand Tricia transition from the pharmaceutical biz to hone her real estate tradecraft. I've learned a great deal from Tricia, too. She is all about sharing her wisdom be it book or back-of-the-napkin. Her thirst for knowledge and determination to find perfection in a humbled world is unflappable. Most of all Tricia is a morally just person. Her efforts are true and she has earned so much admiration from peers to virtually anybody she comes in contact with. I submit that anybody who comes in contact with her is lucky. From the C-suite mogul to the pizza deliveryman. She has that lasting effect on folks. For this, she stands out amongst the many. And all the while she makes it seem so effortless.

The thought of selling my father’s home, after he recently moved into a care center, felt daunting to say the least—especially since we were out of state and the property was in total distress. There was so much to think about, and I’m also a mother with a family to care for while working a full-time job.Reaching out to MaxNet Homes was the best decision I could have made. I contacted a lot of other home-buying companies, but almost all of them left me feeling rushed or discouraged. When I reached out, I was quickly connected to Tricia who is the owner of MaxNet Homes. There was just something about Tricia that made me feel comfortable and trusting. Maybe it was her transparency and honesty. Maybe it was her humor and calming personality. Or maybe it was the way she offered more than one solution and came across as a problem solver rather than just a home buyer. Whatever it was, it made all the difference. Here's the bottom line: Tricia made it completely hassle-free. From the very start, she handled every detail with professionalism and care, keeping us informed and confident at every step. As sellers, we didn’t want to be buried in the process—and honestly, she took on everything, even the parts we didn’t want to deal with—making the whole experience simple and stress-free. Of course, there were certain decisions that required my involvement, and I was happy to do so.She anticipated challenges before they became issues, kept communication clear and timely, and made sure everything moved forward smoothly. What could have been overwhelming ended up being simple and stress-free because of her dedication. My favorite thing about Tricia is that she truly cares—not just about the integrity of the sale, but about the people involved. She cared about us and our situation. Her honesty, transparency, and even her sense of humor made the process feel safe and stress-free.She works harder than most people I’ve met, all while raising young children, and still manages to show up with compassion and strength. Tricia isn’t afraid to speak up or tackle challenges head-on. She’s a tough professional with a heart of gold, and that combination made all the difference in our experience.
