Omg...I fell in to heaven...I was blown away in how awesome they were..it brought me to tears .life was not the best for me ..I was going through a lot of pain every day of my life..I was not able to the things I use to do.. being in a wheelchair and still trying to have a family and life..I was frustrated with my sickness and mad because I couldn't do what I use to .But the best Thing I did was call the clean agenda..they were kind,they were understanding ,they listen to,they made me feel human again,they were truthful....they did not make me feel bad or treat me mean or nasty...There service was F I R E...... nothing else but 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥..I was off feet or in my case.I was knocked out my wheelchair....the work they did brought tears to my eyes.. Even when I told them to leave because they had did more than enough..they told me no ...they said let us finish.....OMG...I felt like a human again...I am telling you ... there service is FIRE......I have found my new besty..I called the owner I told her I love her ..not just for kindness but for her honesty,for making me feel like a human again 😊....they came with kindness,they came with respect,and they did not make feel bad about everything they had to do ..They got me for life that is it ....if you ever doubt there are angels on this earth..no need to worry no more..The Clean Agenda...is family to me..I Love you guys..I send you love, blessings ,prays, always.....You made my year..Thank you Jesus and thank you guys..for everything you did...

Terrible service and even more terrible customer service. I was displeased with the services and advised by the cleaners that they did not have proper equipment to clean adequately. After consulting with a representative from the Clean Agenda I was advised that a different team would be responding back to clean my home (which I requested) however, that did not take place. The same team responded back to my home after they had already advised me they were unable to do what I had asked properly because of lack of equipment. As a cleaning agency I would think that they would be provided with the proper tools as I paid extra for these services. Not to mention when I responded home to conduct a walk through the cleaner (Conseula) was standing in my doorway with my front door wide open for 15 minutes.For the inconvenience I was offered only 10% of full payment back which has still not taken place. Needless to say I will no longer be doing business with them.

I have used this service for a few monthsThe best part of the service is the price isn't too bad. However1) They are never on tim2( You have no idea who is showing up3) The quality of the clean varies based on cleaner.I ended this service because of an incident where my stove was damaged. The vent turned on and the cleaner called me down to check it. I was worried and called the office.Her manager calls me and says that the cleaner didn't touch the stove. I hate a liar.!Accidents happen but the lack of accountability speaks to the level of professions.... or lack th of.I highly regret keeping this service as long as I did. I know my poor stove didn't deserve this.

Consuelo and assistant did an excellent job cleaning my home. They were very diligent and checked with me before they left to make sure I was satisfied. The cleaning crew came to do a move out/move in clean for me after my tenants left the place absolutely filthy and did an AMAZING job! I was so overwhelmed when I walked in the house after the tenants had left and wasn't sure I could get it ready in time for my move in. Kerin and her partner seriously kicked butt on this clean. They paid attention to detail and left the place looking livable again. I am so grateful for their service and will be saving this company's information for a deep clean down the road. I would highly recommend this company. They were professional, kind, and able to come out for a next day service.

They communicated with me up until the day of the service providing friendly reminder. The access to the booking site made it helpful to see who was coming and make a payment. The cleaners came half an hour early and got straight to work. The only challenge was no one that showed up spoke English so they used a translator. Outside of that, their work was great and they were very respectful of my home. They definitely gained a client.

I was very pleased with the cleaning of one cleaning lady in particular. I had 3. Overall good job, however 2 left and didn't complete their job. Kevin M did a walk through after she finished and completed the tasks that was not finished. The 5 stars are for her. Thank you, I would use them again.
