They dont know how to inspect a home correctly will put wrong information in your report and the owner will not own up his company mistake. Stay away from this company.Update****please see report picture from company and the "main panel" that's outside that they inspected and the amp for it is only 100 amp brand "GE" this a mistake from the company and the owner didn't want to own up for the mistake on the report this negligence for not disclosing the correct amp cost me later on the road due to electric issues as the panel was not providing enough electric and lights will flicker and breakers will trip... owner didn't want to own to their mistake so im sharing this so others dont experience this awful experience by this company. Im sharing you facts of my experience so the owner can denied their wrongdoing.
