I attended my first class yesterday. Lillian is amazing she made me feel right at home. And in one class filled me with a great deal of knowledge. Also I have recently healed from a broken bone Lillian recommended some ways to strengthen it back up and keep the muscles loose flexible. I'm extremely glad to have found Iron Impact . 🙂‍↕️🙏😘

Lillian is a great personal trainer! She does extremely well at personalizing and tailoring a plan to specific needs of the person she is working with. I have thoroughly enjoyed my training time with her!

Lillian is a detail oriented instructor/trainer and approaches each client uniquely considering goals, weaknesses, and strengths. She does an excellent job explaining the reasoning behind her process and takes time to provide rationale. It's clear that she cares quite a bit about client progress and works hard to help them achieve their goals.

My 12 year old daughter joined iron impact and I can’t thank Lillian and her team enough for the great experience we have had. What impressed me the most was how she was able to teach adults and children at the same time with complete ease. Lillian is very skilled and professional and would highly recommend them!!
