Their customer service is amazing, everyone is always so courteous, and their communication is top-notch. They send a message when your bins have been cleaned, and they always let you know ahead of time when billing will be processed. If there happens to be two payments in one month, they communicate that ahead of time too, which I REALLY appreciate. No surprises!Another thing I love is that when they’re trying out new scents, they keep us updated and actually ask what we think. And they truly want an honest opinion! If you love it, tell them. If you don’t, tell them that too. 😂 They appreciate the feedback, and I love that they actually listen to their customers.It’s the little things like communication, courtesy, and genuinely caring about your customers that make a difference. From scheduling over the phone to the service itself, everything was professional and efficient. I couldn't be home when they came to clean. I had left my pails outside my garage and when I came home they were fresh and clean and put back for me. Excellent service. I will be using them again.

First time ever looking into a cleaning service of this nature. Happy Pails is definitely an all star service.First called in for a quote; they generally don’t service my area but were super accommodating, very friendly service and detailed on explaining what the process is. Booked it and was good to go!Cleaning service was quick, efficient and honestly didn’t even need to be home. They came on trash day, gave all my bins a thorough cleaning and just like that they were back top of the driveway smelling fresh almost like peppermint. Am definitely going to look for continued service.
