We contacted our insurance company and they recommended PACT to mitigate the damage. Long story short, they were on site within 48 hours of the damage after our plumber fixed the leak. Tyler and his crew came prepared to move out furniture and exercise equipment, then proceded to remove the destroyed bottom kitchen cabinets, soaked carpeting and all the damaged sheetrock and insulation. What a mess!! They set up plastic barriers with zippered doorways to keep the damage to a minimum. All debris was removed; they salvaged the counter top. They treated all areas for mold and bacterial growth, then set up a huge industrial dehumidifier along with multiple air dryers to get everything dry. The intial work was done in two days and the drying took three days. Everything was ready for the insurance claims adjuster to do his inspection within one week!! If you ever have water damage or worse, do not hesitate to call PACT. They know what they are doing and document everything for the insurance company. My wife and I were very satisfied with the results, making a rotten situation into a tolerable inconvenience that we can overcome quickly. Thanks and God bless the PACT Team!! Less

PACT and PuroClean saved us! We had sold our house weeks ago and 13 days before we closed we had a huge water damage issue. One of our toilet’s supply lines leaked on our third floor and went through our living room ceiling and basement ceiling. Water damage to floors, ceilings, walls, electrical areas, etc. it was a huge mess and we were terrified of what might happen next. John/Tyler from PuroClean were there in hours and started mitigating water immediately. They were done and everything was dry in three days. Then Jeremy and PACT came in. Working on a very tight timeline they committed to having it put back together the Friday before our Tuesday closing. THEY DID IT!!!!!! Only 9 days past from what we thought was the end of the world, everything was put back together. Drywall replaced, new ceilings in, new flooring in, new paint on, house was cleaned, carpets cleaned and he worked hand in hand with our adjuster and made the whole thing painless! They even addressed some of the smallest details I outlined in a finalized punch list, with perfection. If you need a trustworthy contractor out to help you and address an emergency situation, trust Jeremy and PACT. I’m still just astonished I still have time to move all my stuff and closing isn’t for three more days.
