We can't say enough great things about PACT. We hired them to help with our basement construction due to a flood. Jim in particular was such a delight to work for. Him and his team were incredibly professional and prompt and worked with us to make sure that everything was done to what we needed.It was an stressful experience having to figure out what to do, working through insurance, understanding what work was covered, and the PACt team was so accommodating. We will definitely be looking for them to help us with future projects!

Thank you P.A.C.T.Construction for calling me back the same night and being available to start working on the house the very next day , because our area had extensive damage.Thank you Logan Olson for doing the inspection and handling all the insurance side,that was a big plus, and thank you Valerie Knight for setting everything up and made sure it ran smoothly with the tree trimmers, the roofers and the gutter workers that has never happened before ! Valerie, their Project Coordinator, was a pleasure to speak to on the phone, making every effort to understand and help us resolve our situation quickly. Heath, their Roofing Project Director, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, Heath was able to diagnose and resolve the problem quickly.
