The plumber figured out the problem we’d been having in the apartment since we moved in where we had no cold water & fixed it all in a short amount of time. 🙌🏼 no more shrunken clothes & scalding showers. Also not that it’s always possible, but I loved that they were right on the dot of the start of time frame they gave us that they’d be there by, saved me waiting around all afternoon! We didn’t even notice his presence, and only realized the work had been done when I noticed that the tap was fixed! The quality of the work is very good as well, and included a brand new fitting to neatly fasten the pipe to the wall of the house.

My toilet stopped flushing when I had guests.. RACV sent out a plumber Charbel from DJS. He arrived promptly but could not fix the flush as the part was broken. He showed us a way to temporarily use the toilet overnight. DJS contacted me early the next day with a quote and a time for the plumber, Manny, to arrive early that day! Manny was polite and friendly. He tried to fix the toilet but the universal part for the tap inlet valve did not fit. He went to Reece and they were together able to resolve the problem by adapting the part. Manny then fixed my toilet and left the toilet spotless. A very impressive tradie! And great organisation and communication from DJS.
