Replaced our roof along with 4 skylights, summer 2025. I had six companies come to give estimates and only one of those estimators actually came inside and measured each skylight. Guess which one. Not only was the cost of work very reasonable, I could just tell Chris was an honest man. My father was a builder so I knew many of the things Chris was explaining as we walked around. He was never condescending when I asked dumb questions and always presented several options when something came up.The work was completed very carefully and timely by the crew. The estimated length of work was accurate. Chris was always available and approachable throughout the project. He’s built up quite a reputation in our neighborhood and has put new roofs on several homes on my street just from word of mouth. If you’re looking for a new roof or to have some repairs done, give Able Roofing a call. I highly recommend Chris and his crew!

I had a very positive experience with Able Roofing recently. The owner, Chris, did a roof inspection and gave me an honest appraisal of what needed to be done to address several roof issues. He did one minor repair on the spot and came back a few days later to remove a badly leaking skylight and install a new one. He did not suggest costly repairs that were not necessary and advised me as to the most economical way to resolve the issues. I had a number of questions, both before and after the installation, and he addressed each one patiently and good naturedly. The work was done neatly and expertly and Chris and his two assistants did a very thorough cleanup after the job, leaving no trace. I would highly recommend this business.

Able Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. I had lost a significant number of shingles in a recent windstorm and Chris was able to do the new roof as soon as the weather permitted. Chris and his crew came when he said they would, did a great job of protecting the house from falling debris and impeccably cleaned up. I’d also like to add that Chris replaced some loose shingles in the past but never pressured me to do a replacement. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chris in the future and strongly recommend him to anyone needing roof work.
