His knowledge, experience, and incredibly thorough approach to cleaning and servicing our mini-split units were truly second to none.Beyond his professionalism, Jeff was also friendly, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire visit. The young ladies in the office were equally pleasant and helpful. Archie’s Heating & Cooling Service Company Technician Darrell Trawick did an incomplete job and inspection on the two systems I have in my house. He lied about servicing the unit in my crawl space cleaning the two fans out. I have it on my Ring camera. He had presented himself to be honest and professional. That was not true. I have used this company for about 19 years and have never had a complaint or problem with them. I do not fault the company just the person. Sometimes companies get misled by a smooth talker and he was that. I would never ever recommend HIM to anyone. I hope Archies A/C can see where I am coming from. They showed no sense of urgency to correct the situation. They tried coming over to complete the job at the end of the following day. That is not good business. I did a stop payment on the check I wrote to them. They did not return my check like the bank said that they were supposed to.

My air conditioner at my home recently started having problems, and we searched for a local company to come out and assist. Hunter, the technician, came out to assist and was absolutely amazing! He was quick, eager to answer any questions we had, and was super knowledgeable about the ins and out of the HVAC operations of our home. I definitely recommend this company!
