Stephen actually came out on a Sunday to provide an estimate. Very reasonable pricing and super polite. Came back today and cleaned the windows, gentle washed the house and got stains off our siding. Pressure washed our driveway and patio and walkways and they look great. Wish I had a before photo to show the stains on the siding, but all stains are gone after the gentle washing.

Stephen answered my inquiry right away and scheduled my appointment very quickly. He power washed our driveway and it looks the best it’s ever looked in the 14 years that we’ve been in our home! Stephen was professional, polite, and he treated our home as if it was his own. I can 100% recommend his company and I intend on calling on him in the future when we need other projects done around the house.

I am very happy to recommend Janks Power Washing. It's a first-class operation from initial contact to completion of the job. Excellent communication, showed up on time, and stuck with the job even though it was *pouring* down rain. (I know most crews would have rescheduled.) I had a deadline to meet, and Stephen did what was needed to make that happen. Plus, he's just a solid person, someone whose business you can be proud to support. I will give Stephen a call next spring, for sure.

We couldn’t really tell what color our house was because it had not been cleaned in years. We now know the color again. They did a great job and they were fast. Setup the hoses and then got started and done within a couple hours. I would recommend.
