I joined this program during the winter when I was feeling sluggish, unmotivated, and completely out of routine when it came to going to the gym and my overall health. I was the heaviest I've ever been in my life before starting the program. Level Up was exactly what I needed as it not only got me moving again, but it taught me how to work out properly and understand how my body responds to different types of exercises and routines.What I really appreciated about the program was how it helped me build fitness into my lifestyle in a sustainable way. I also learned so much about nutrition, food sensitivities, and how to maintain a healthy intake that supports my overall wellness...not just physical appearance.My coach Las was awesome and a big part of my success. He routinely checked in with me and guiding me through the program and the various challenges I faced throughout. I would not have been able to do this without him.I feel stronger, more energized, and much more in tune with what my body needs. I gained more muscle than I've ever had, lost weight, and feel more energetic throughout my days. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to reset, refocus, and make long-term, positive changes to their health and fitness journey. This was truly a game-changer for me!
