Found this place not far from work for me. Nice ma and pa shop kind of feel. Excellent and courteous customer service, fair pricing and efficient. Transparency and honesty really helped build that trust. Would recommend and will be back if ever needed without hesitation.

Can’t recommend this shop enough! I’ve had more than my fair share of negative experiences with previous mechanics, and am so relieved to have found a trustworthy and fair shop. Diane, Dustin, and their team have been professional, patient and friendly every time. My car isn’t easy to work on, and I’ve never been made to feel ignorant or shamed. Unbelievably grateful to have a reliable and trustworthy team working on my “all season” beater of a car. I took my 1997 pick up in for a wheel alignment this morning. The crew at ideal alignment were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable through out the process. I was really impressed with the fact the alignment person treated my pickup with the same care and respect of a new vehicle. They had recommendations for myself, as a do it yourselfer, of work that needs doing, however i never felt they were trying to sell me a whole bunch of expensive parts for no reason. The price I felt was also very fair. Thank you very much to everyone.

We had absolutely amazing experience with the shop. Diane, John, and unfortunetaly I don't remember the name of the mechanic who initially did the diagnostics, were absolutely awesome. We brought the truck for the alignment, and additional problems were found. As the truck is constantly on the road, we asked for the quick service.
